Bringing the 5-star dining at home

I’ve always loved cooking and throwing dinner parties and since lockdown began in Late March, I find myself recreating my favourite meals at home and “going” to different restaurants while at home ( I go as far as to even plating and setting the scene with light and sound- good old Jazz)

One of the ways I have done this is by making cooking a family activity- we all decide the meals, go food shopping and create our own menu.

I love plating meals- that’s what 5-star restaurants do right? and most importantly, creating the ambience. What type of restaurant doesn’t have the right lighting and scene?

I think by the end of this I will reduce my eating out time!
